This is 8 year old Phillip. He is a gorgeous short- haired gray tabby. He is a sweet boy who is very happy to be rescued. He recently found himself fending for himself at an outdoor location. He was out of place and didn’t know where to go. Now he is perfectly happy spending his time indoors, relaxing in the window and basking in the sun.
