Scraps is a male 5 year old Chihuahua mix who weighs 11 lbs. He was at a local shelter, and now FUPI will find him a new home. He is friendly, gets along with people and other dogs, but we don’t know about cats. He is a snuggle bug who loves to be in a lap.
