Casper is an amazing 8 year old male cat. He’s had a rough life and is looking for a forever home where he can enjoy life. He was dumped outside in the freezing cold. Casper is now healthy aside from an occasional sneeze. The vet thinks he may have a chronic condition due to having had such a bad cold upon coming into rescue. As time passes he’ll build his immunity. Casper is the sweetest and most affectionate boy. He loves attention and loves human interaction . Despite what he’s been through he has never lost hope and still trusts humans.
