As a tiny kitten, she and her sister Liesel were rescued, adopted together, and spent their whole lives believing they were home for good. Sadly, through no fault of their own, both girls were recently returned when their human mom could no longer care for them.
This unexpected loss has left Leslie heartbroken. She misses the only home and person she has ever known, and it shows in her quiet, cautious demeanor. Understandably shy at first, Leslie is a gentle soul who is slowly learning that she is safe again. In her foster home, she’s beginning to trust humans, taking small but meaningful steps forward each day.
