Monte Carlo (Monte) is a male Maltese Mix, 9 years old, and weighing 16 lbs. He was at the local shelter and wasn’t adjusting well (who would?). He’s a friendly guy, gets along with other dogs, but we don’t know about cats. We are still learning about him.
