I am a 2 year old boy named Mulligan. I was living on the streets in search of a home when a kind person saw me on New Years Eve. I wasn’t close enough to pick up, but I did come back after I was injured and needed help. Part of my tail was missing, and no one knows what happened to me because I can’t tell them. I was sad about being hurt, but I’m such a loving and happy boy. The only wandering around I do now is in foster care as I search for my forever home!
