Rocky is a sweet 8 year old boy that weighs 14 pounds. He loves people, kids and other dogs. Car rides and always wanting to give kisses. Rocky was very much loved but due to unfortunate circumstances he was surrendered to FUPI. Let’s get Rocky a forever home.
